When you fill in the quote form, we receive the details you provide: name, company name, email address, phone number, project and location, your description and any attachment.

What we use them for

We only use these details to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you choose to proceed, carry out the work. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and afterwards the performance of that contract.

How long we keep them

We keep your details no longer than necessary to handle your enquiry and any resulting order, unless a legal retention obligation applies, such as the tax retention period for our accounts.

Sharing with others

We do not sell your data. We only share it with parties needed to run the website and email, such as our hosting provider, and with parties involved in carrying out an order.
